		<description>I&#039;d never heard of that before, but it makes sense. If there&#039;s nothing restraining a long steel shaft in that direction, it would tend to turn. And of course, once they get moving you don&#039;t want to be in the way.

		<description>Don&#039;t want to be standing on the north side of these things. Yea I know exactly what you&#039;re talking about. I&#039;ve worked on the docks before. Defininately have to watch out when they lower the deck plates or move the cranes. Heard of one guy who had his head crushed like a grape just a day or so before I worked there.</description>
